How is a two-piece swimsuit different from a bathing suit?

These are often used interchangeably for the same product! Bikini is a popular name for a two-piece swimsuit – it consists of a top (bikini top) and a bottom (briefs). You buy both parts separately and can combine different sizes. A bathing suit is a broader term – it includes both two-piece and one-piece swimsuits. At bodya.eu, we use the Mix&Match system – 80% of our customers buy the top in a different size than the bottom!

Are swimsuits from bodya.eu made by a Polish manufacturer?

Yes! We are a Polish swimwear manufacturer. We design and sew in Poland since 2021. Our designer Edyta Migdał has 30 years of experience. We use Italian Carvico fabrics with full safety certificates.

Can I return a swimsuit if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! You have 14 days to return it without giving a reason. If the size doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like the model – send it back and you’ll get a full refund. The product just needs to be unused with tags.

Which swimsuit color is slimming?

Dark colors: black, navy blue, bottle green. Solid colors without patterns visually lengthen the silhouette. A high waist additionally shapes the waist.

How to choose the size of a two-piece swimsuit?

Measure your underbust and hip circumference. At bodya.eu you buy the top and bottom separately – you can choose a top S and bottom M. 80% of our customers do exactly that!

Are the swimsuits suitable for the pool?

Yes! Our swimsuits are made from Italian Carvico fabrics with safety certificates. Resistant to chlorine and UV. Tested for 72 hours by the designer before going on sale.

Because each prototype literally sleeps with our designer. Edyta Migdał tests every model for at least 72 hours – she wears it at work and sleeps in it. If anything digs in during sleep – the model goes back for adjustments. Thanks to this, you have the guarantee it will be comfortable all day.

How we create our two-piece swimsuits – behind the scenes at bodya.eu

Polish manufacturer with 30 years of experience

Our swimsuits are designed by Edyta Migdał – a designer with 30 years of experience in creating swimwear. She cut her first patterns from newspapers – those magical patterns are still kept in a secret cabinet locked with a key!

72h testing – every model worn by the designer

Every prototype swimsuit undergoes a 72-hour test before production. Edyta literally sleeps in prototypes – if something digs in at night, the model gets redesigned. She wears the swimsuits at work all day – checking whether anything slips or pinches. All the girls in the team also try and test new models. Only after at least 72 hours of testing is the model approved for production.

These are not extreme conditions – just normal daily wear. But thanks to this, we know that the two-piece swimsuits will be comfortable all day at the beach or pool.

The WRAP story – bestseller created for a grandma with size 85H

Our biggest bestseller WRAP (over 10,000 sold in 2025!) was created out of personal need. Our co-founder’s grandma has a very large bust 85H and spends the whole summer at the beach. Wearing underwire tops caused irritation and pain.

Edyta designed a special model for her: soft, wireless, but with an adjustable band – full support without pressure. The grandma wore it all season without any problems. The model was so amazing that we introduced WRAP to the store – it became an absolute HIT in Poland!

We are a Polish swimwear producer. Everything is designed and sewn in Poland. Our story began in 2021, when we combined forces: a photo studio + a sewing room + a designer with 30 years of experience. We went all in and created bodya.eu. Today it’s over 100 models in 25+ colors and thousands of satisfied customers.

Italian Carvico fabrics – why NOT Asia?

We could buy cheaper fabrics from China, but we consciously choose Carvico from Italy. The difference is huge – and you can feel it on your skin.

Asian fabrics – what you DON’T know:

• No safety certificates – you don’t know what they’re made of or whether they’re safe for the skin
• Unknown dyes – toxic chemicals are often used, which may cause allergies, irritation, rashes
• They lose color quickly – fade, stretch, lose elasticity after a few washes
• Not resistant to chlorine – after a pool visit the fabric gets damaged
• Long skin contact = risk – you wear a swimsuit for many hours in the sun and water – do you really want unknown chemicals against your skin?

We produce using seamless technology – the product is turned through a small technical opening. Thanks to this, many models have no visible seams – smooth surface, no chafing. We use only high-quality elastic threads that are durable and don’t break.

HOURGLASS (proportional hips and bust)

You can wear almost anything! Choose classic BRAZILIAN + any top. Your natural proportions are perfect.

How to measure your size: Measure your underbust circumference and your hip circumference. If you’re between two sizes, choose the one with better band support (better slightly tighter than too loose).
